Nicely rooted plantlet. I forgot to add a heat pack to my order at the time of purchase; immediately I emailed the group about this lapse. Unfortunately, it took several days for them to respond and the baby plant was mailed without a heatpack in Feb — yikes!! Customer service was good tho - acknowledged the mistake and checked on me and my order throughout the shipping process. Even convinced ups to partially refund shipping. Gave 5 stars bc plant is fantastic and they did all they could to correct a mistake - well done!
